How quickly are new IPs provisioned?
Orders are typically provisioned within 1-5 minutes after successful payment. The dashboard then shows the connection details and renewal status.
What information should I send to support?
Include your account email, the order number or IP ID involved, and a short note about the region, protocol, and time of the issue.
