Welcome to ProxBits (the "Platform" or "we"). The Platform is operated by LveYou LLC, a Colorado limited liability company with a business address at 1500 N GRANT ST STE R, Denver, CO 80203, United States. Before using any service the Platform provides, please carefully read the Terms of Service below (the "Terms"). By registering, signing in, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

ProxBits provides business proxy IP and network access infrastructure services. We offer secure, stable proxy channels accessible via VLESS, SOCKS5, and HTTP/HTTPS. The Platform supports legitimate business uses such as software development testing, geo-targeted QA, market research, public data access reliability checks, and ad or content availability verification.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the service at any time without prior notice. If maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure cause service interruption, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible, but we are not liable for any resulting losses.

You must provide a valid email address and set a strong password. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from credential leakage. Each user may register only one account, and may not use false information or impersonate others.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe your account exhibits abnormal activity, violations of these Terms, or security risks, we may temporarily freeze or permanently suspend your account without prior notice. Balances on suspended accounts will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

When using the Platform, you must comply with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction and generally accepted internet usage norms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

(1) Illegal activity: using the Platform for any activity that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or the target country/region, including but not limited to fraud, dissemination of illegal content, or violating others' privacy.

(2) Network attacks: using the Platform's IP resources to launch or participate in DDoS attacks, port scanning, brute-force attacks, credential attacks, spam, unauthorized scraping, or other forms of network attack.

(3) Resource abuse: maliciously consuming or abusing system resources, or interfering with the normal operation of the Platform or other users via technical means.

(4) No resale: without our written authorization, you may not resell, redistribute, or otherwise provide proxy IP services obtained through the Platform to third parties. Authorized agents are exempt.

Violations entitle us to terminate service immediately, suspend the relevant account, and refuse refunds. In severe cases, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

The Platform operates on a prepaid model — top up first, then use services. Top-up amounts are credited to your balance and used for IP purchases, renewals, etc. Top-ups are generally non-refundable once credited; please verify the amount before recharging.

Purchased IP resources are managed by their validity period; if not renewed, service stops automatically and the IP is released. We are not liable for IP changes or service interruption caused by failure to renew on time. Prices may be adjusted based on market and operating costs; adjustments are announced on the Platform, but services already purchased are not affected.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to design, layout, icons, text, images, code, trademarks, and logos — is owned by ProxBits or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Without our written permission, no individual or entity may copy, modify, distribute, or use the above in any form.

We make every effort to deliver stable, high-quality proxy IP service, but due to the inherent nature of internet services, we are not liable for:

(1) Connection instability or slowdowns caused by carrier line fluctuations or backbone-network failures;

(2) Account suspensions or restrictions caused by third-party platforms changing their risk-control policies;

(3) Service interruption or data loss caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, war, strikes);

(4) Any losses caused by user mishandling or violation of usage rules.

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of fitness, accuracy, or reliability, whether express or implied.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform with an updated date. Modified Terms take effect from the date published. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify users in advance via in-app notice or email.
